Maive RUTE is Deputy Director-General of the European Commission's DG GROW since November 2020, and a Member of the Board of the European Investment Fund (EIF). Before this, she held various senior positions within the EU in areas including SME policy, research and innovation, and as Deputy Director-General of the Joint Research Centre.
